NBS can provide full donation processing data entry services via our integrated facility.
Mail receipt by: - Sweep of a newly-established PO Box or
- Receipt of mail swept from an existing PO Box or
- Receipt of coded data entry forms forwarded to NBS by client
- Data entry (up to 50,000 transactions/day):
- Completed by our bonded staff located in our secure video monitored facility.
- Input via our integrated data entry system, which can utilize mail file finder numbers or bar codes
- All source documents (checks and reply devices) within machinable specifications are scanned and images stored for on-demand access
Data Movement, Validation & Reporting - Data is fed nightly to NBS’ Constituent Integration System (CIS)
- New transactional data is scrubbed against a recent copy of your membership data
- Data is formatted nightly as part of the NBS Integration Rule Manager
- Files can be created for direct system import
