NBS provides integrated caging services for all check and credit card processing, including:

• Batching, reviewing and recording of all checks and credit cards by bonded two-person caging teams in our secure, video monitored facility
• Scanning and depositing of checks to your checking account via Check-21 services
• Processing of credit cards through our system directly into your bank account
• End of day proofs, including deposit logs and reconciliations, to ensure all financial data entry matches cash deposits
• NBS sends pre-approved standard letters for any donations with potential problems such as:
  • Checks that are unsigned, stale dated, or missing information
  • Credit cards with invalid numbers, missing expiration date 
  • Unclear response forms
