Critical to the Nonprofit Business Solutions (NBS) hosted and managed e-Store service is the 700,000 sq.ft. warehouse facility centrally located in Battle Creek, MI.  Since NBS aggregates the order volumes across all our clients into this central warehouse facility, we can accommodate thousands of orders a day or just a few per month, without imposing minimum fees.

This state-of-the-art facility is fully integrated into all NBS on-line and off-line processing systems.  Product orders are centrally routed to our warehouse for fulfillment from all NBS point of entry channels (on-line, phone, mail, or fax).

Orders are shipped next day and all shipment information is uploaded from the warehouse to the central order management system.  This allows constituents to obtain order status information from any of the NBS processing channels, regardless of how the original order was entered.

Client staff and senior managers can now easily manage inventory by setting re-order alert levels by product.  Our NBS client portal, SingleSource, will display your on-hand inventory status and dynamically re-sort and color inventory items approaching or exceeding their reorder point.
